​Gifted and Talented pupils are identified by class teachers and discussed with the Gifted and Talented Pupils Coordinator. Teachers find opportunities to enable children to work at greater depth within the year group curriculum to give challenge.  if a child needs further challenge, strategies will be agreed between the Teacher, Parent or Carer and child, if appropriate. 

The Yeovil Federation provides opportunities for Gifted and Talented pupils to meet and work together and the school will also make use of other local opportunities, such as day and residential courses at Kilve Court in Somerset.
