It was agreed in Parents forum that communication via email to a class teacher should be conducted via the school office. It is not acceptable for staff to receive multiple emails during the day from Parents. Staff will not be able to reply to them during the day when they are working. All staff will endeavour to get back to Parents within an agreed time scale but this can not be immediate.
If emails become too demanding all contact via email between staff and parents will cease and any information sharing will need to take place during meetings at an appropriate time for staff.
