  • End of Year

    Mon 22 Jul 2019

Thank you so much for all of the responses we have received to the end of year reports and the parent questionnaires.  The responses from the parent questionnaires have been posted in the Headteachers letters section of the website.

If you asked a question within the report comments these have been forwarded to teachers who will hopefully reply via email to you.  Please let us know if this doesn't happen.

I wish you all a happy and restful holiday and would like to thank you for all your support throughout the last academic year.  We are on a journey but with everyone working together, I am hoping it will be a smooth one.

Take care and I am already looking forward to September.

  • Visit from Marcus Fysh MP

    Fri 12 Jul 2019

    Friday 12th July

Marcus Fysh MP visited the school today.  He had a meeting with Mrs Frost, Governors and Father Jean-Patrice which was focused on exploring issues within financing education, lack of support services for education and young people and the state of early help services.  The conversations were heated at moments but I think the message was hammered home that we need more money and we need more autonomy over how we spend money within school.  He also seemed to understand that schools are not actually seeing any impact on the money the Government are spending on Early Help for mental health concerns in children and young adults.

He also met with some of the School Parliament who had created their own questions for him to answer.  A big well done to Lena, Chloe, Giorgia, Esther, Malachy, Maciej, Alfie, Layden and Rodrigo for your openness and challenging questions.  A photo will follow.
